Returns & Exchanges

At Secret Scents, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on anything you are not completely satisfied with. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable. All items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 3 days from date of delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at store@aromaplace.net or by calling at (954) 245-1380.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that are shipped outside of the United States.

Please return all items to us at the address below with a copy of your invoice, and be sure to label your package "Customer Returns" to ensure your account is credited properly.

Once returned items have been received and processed, we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.
